Step 1-Vital update

Make sure your DJI Fly App is updated to V1.12.8 above, click to download the latest DJI Fly app.

 

Step 2-Request Initiation

Connect your remote controller to the aircraft. Then, tap on 「Service > Cx Label Request」.

 

Step 3-Swift submission

Just fill in the short application form and tap "submit ", your Cx label will arrive by letter within 20 working days.

💡[Tips] The labels will be sent without a shipping number. Delivery time depends on local factors.

 

Step 4-Quick Proof

Attach the Cx label to designated location on the aircraft following the included instructions once you received the labels.  

Upload the photos of your drone with the label on it to the「DJI Fly App > Profile > Service  > Cx Label Request」.

💡[Tips] The screen-equipped remote control does not support image uploads. Kindly use the DJI Fly app on your mobile device or DJI service Portal for image uploads instead.

 

Step 5 -Final Download

Your final document will appear in the Fly app-service-Cx label Request or login DJI Service Portal within 3 working days. Download it. Keep it with you when flying. That's it!

 

Step 6-Verify C1 height limit permissions

While keeping the network connection of the app, find an outdoor environment with good GPS signals, go to Safety > Max Altitude, and tap Request Higher Altitude Limit to verify the C1 certification status. After completion, the maximum flight altitude will be updated to 500m.

 

Through the whole application process, you can trace the application progress via DJI Service Portal.
