1. If your phone is running Huawei's HarmonyOS, search for Pure Mode in your phone settings and disable it before app installation.
2. Some Android devices may display a message showing that the DJI app is an "app from unknown sources" and prevent installation. If this occurs, allow DJI app installation in the mobile device settings.
