DJI Authorized Service Centers (ASC) are officially certified service providers that deliver professional repair and technical support for DJI products. Each ASC is staffed with DJI-trained technicians and uses genuine DJI parts to ensure your device is restored to optimal performance.

Before You Visit

  • Contact the ASC in advance to confirm availability and schedule an appointment

  • Prepare your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Record your device's Serial Number (SN) — found in DJI Fly app or on the device body

  • Back up any important data (photos, videos, flight logs) before handing over the device

  • Remove any accessories (propellers, memory cards, filters) unless relevant to the issue
