1. Upload via DJI Pilot 2 app
1.1 Uploading to the cloud with DJI Pilot 2 app
a. Power on the aircraft and the remote controller, then go to the "Health Management System" page in the DJI Pilot 2 app.
b. On the "All Logs" screen, tap "Aircraft Logs."
c. Select the logs from the abnormal flight time period (you can select multiple), then click "Upload Logs."
d. After the log is uploaded, a QR code image for the log will be generated. Use a mobile phone or other mobile device to take a photo of the QR code image, then send it back.
1.2 DJI Pilot 2 APP Store Locally
If the remote controller is used in an environment without internet access, the aircraft logs can be temporarily stored locally on the remote controller.
a. Power on the aircraft and remote controller, then enter the "Health Management System" page in the DJI Pilot 2 app.
b. On the "All Logs" screen, tap "Aircraft Logs."
c. Select the logs for the abnormal flight time periods (multiple selections allowed), and click "Delay local."
d. After the log is successfully deferred, it will be saved on the remote controller at: Files - Internal storage - DJI-HMS-XXX.dat.
e. Export the aircraft logs from this path using an SD card or USB flash drive, or by connecting the remote controller to a computer.
2. Export via tuning software
2.1 Export via DJI Assistant 2 (Enterprise Series) configuration software
Compatible Products: Matrice 600 Pro, Matrice 200 V2 Series, DJI Matrice 4 Series, DJI Matrice 3D Series, DJI Dock 2, Matrice 350 RTK, DJI Dock, Matrice M30 Series, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, Matrice M300 RTK, DJI Mavic 3E/3T/3M/3TA, DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral, DJI Dock 3, DJI Matrice 400, DJI Matrice 4D Series
a. Download the parameter adjustment software from the DJI official website
b. Open the parameter adjustment software and log in to your DJI account.
c. Power on the aircraft, then use a USB cable to connect the aircraft’s parameter adjustment port to the computer.
d. Go to "Log Export," select the logs from the abnormal flight period (you can select multiple), and click "Save to Local."
e. After the log is downloaded successfully, it will be saved in the selected folder path.
Note: When exporting logs for Matrice M600 Series, go to the Flight Data screen, tap "Enter SD Card Mode," and a removable drive will appear. Open the drive, locate the corresponding .dat file, and export it.
2.2 Export via DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic configuration software
Compatible products: Mavic 2 Enterprise Series
a. Download the configuration software from the DJI official website
b. Open the parameter adjustment software and log in to your DJI account.
c. Power on the aircraft, and use a USB cable to connect the aircraft’s parameter adjustment port and the computer.
d. Go to the "Log Export" screen, select the logs from the abnormal flight period (multiple selections allowed), then click "Save to Local."
e. After the log is downloaded successfully, it will be saved to the selected folder path.
2.3 Export via DJI Assistant 2 For Phantom configuration software
Compatible products: Phantom 4 RTK, Phantom 4 Multispectral
a. Download the parameter adjustment software from the DJI official website
b. Open the tuning software and log in to your DJI account.
c. Power on the aircraft, then use a USB cable to connect the aircraft’s tuning port to the computer.
d. Go to the "Data Upload" page, select the logs from the abnormal flight period (you can select multiple files), and click "Save to Local."
e. After the log is downloaded successfully, it will be saved in the folder you selected.
