Issue Description

Run the DJI Mimo app on Pixel mobile phones and SamSung S20/S21 series mobile phones, and the app crashes.

Solutions

1. Update the DJI Mimo app to the latest version.
Follow the steps below to check your app version: Launch the DJI Mimo app, tap Profile > Settings on the upper right corner > About, and scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the app version.

Here to scan the QR code, and the most updated app version will be prompted. Please have a close look at the prompted app version. If the prompted version is not the most updated, please update it to the latest one manually.

2. If the issue persists after updating the app to the latest version, export the DJI Mimo app log, contact DJI Support for further assistance.
