1. Payment fails with error code

E0001 --- The [X] entered is invalid. The request field of the delivery address or billing address is missing\invalid, please double confirm address information or change another payment method to have a try.

E0002 --- It may be caused by repeated payments. Please provide the order number to DJI Support for checking, if payment is repeated, we will refund the payment to you.

E0003 --- System error occurred. General system failure. Please change to another payment method or try again later.

E0004 --- Transaction declined. Suspected of fraudulent transaction, payment rejected by risk control. Please change to another card or payment method to have a try.

E0005 --- Invalid billing address. Please complete the billing address and place the order again, or try another payment method

E0006 ---  Card cannot be used for payment.

• Reasons are card expiration\insufficient card balance etc., you need to check the credit card information and contact the issuing bank for consultation;

• Try another payment method.

E0007 --- Card cannot be used for payment.

• Invalid card number or Invalid account number etc., please check the credit card information and contact the issuing bank for consultation;

• Try another payment method.

E0008 --- System error occurred.

• Please provide the order number to DJI Support for checking;

• Change another payment method to have a try.

E0009 --- Invalid request. The request is invalid, maybe the authorization amount is wrong, maybe the request-id can't be found, the system may have problems, and need to develop troubleshooting.

• Please provide the order number to DJI Support for checking.

• Change to another card or try another payment method.

E0010 --- Invalid postal code. The Postal Code of the Paypal shipping address is empty, please confirm the postal code of the delivery address is correct.

E0011 --- Invalid delivery address. The Paypal Shipping address is invalid, need to confirm the delivery address is correct.

E0012 --- PayPal account error. Payment declined by PayPal.The buyer's credit card or funding source was denied, or their account can't make a payment due to a limitation. Please contact PayPal or try another payment method.

E0013 or No Error Code--- Payment canceled. For unknown reasons, the transaction was canceled by the gateway. Please change to another card or try another payment method.

E0014 --- The issuing bank refuses without reason. Consult your card issuing bank or try another payment method.

2. Accept Payment Methods

3. Can I pay with different payment forms?

Different forms of payment cannot be combined, and you can only use one bank card for each order.

  

4. Can I change the payment method?

If the order status is Payment pending, you can continue to pay and choose another payment method on "My Account". If the order status is reviewed or payment confirmed, we can't change the payment method.

  

5. Is there any payment amount limits?

Credit or Debit Card:
USA/Canada: max US $10,000
Australia: max AU $14,000
Japan: max JP ¥1,200,000

Discover:
USA, Canada, Puerto Rico: max US $200 

Klarna:
Germany, Finland, Austria: max €1500 (EUR)

 

6. Can I pay for my order after delivery?

Customers from Germany, United Kingdom, Finland, Austria and Netherlands can pay after delivery with Klarna. Klarna's Pay in 3/Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

  

7. When will I be charged for my order?

If you pay by credit card or debit card, we will receive temporary authorization to charge your card once you have completed the payment process. We will charge you when we ship your order or when the temporary authorization ends, whichever comes first. Temporary authorization periods for different countries or regions and payment methods are listed below:

8. Do I have to pay extra fees when I buy DJI products?

It depends on your payment method.

If you are paying for your order with an international bank card, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates.

In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge foreign conversion fees. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for any questions regarding these fees. Extra charges will not be shown on your online order, and DJI does not take any responsibility for extra charges incurred while making payments with international bank cards.

 

9. What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?

If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
Your order information (eg. phone number, email address) before submitting your order; if you are shipping to a business address, make sure to put your name on the order.
Card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date and your billing address.
Enter the correct security code - that's the three-digit number on the backside of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or with another form of payment.

  

10. I have paid for the order, why is my order status still pending?

The delay may result from the time required to synchronize payment confirmation between our and the payment processor's system. It is recommended that you contact DJI Support for further assistance. 

  

11. Fraud Protection Polity

For your protection, orders are subject to DJI's verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. Please provide the correct phone number and email address so DJI can contact you if your order requires verification.

DJI reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.

  

12. What is a "Default Personal Payment Profile"?

The first time you place an order on the DJI Online Store using a credit/debit card, you will be asked to enter your card information. To avoid re-entering this information each time you make a purchase, you can create a Personal Payment Profile by ticking the "Save information for Personal Payment Profile" box.

Multiple profiles can be created and one can be saved as the Default Personal Payment Profile.

  

13. How can I pay with my coupon or DJI credits?

Go to the checkout page, follow the steps, and fill in the necessary information. There are "use coupon code" and "use credit" buttons on the order summary section.

To use a coupon code, click on "Use a Coupon code" and enter the coupon code you have in the blank column. Don't forget to click on "Use Coupon" to continue the order.

To use DJI credits, click on "use credit" and enter the amount of credits you want to use in the blank column. Don't forget to click on "confirm" to continue the order.
