Issue Description

1. The image is blurry and the camera cannot focus on the subject.

2. Focus failure during shooting.

Cause of Issue

1. There is an error with the firmware.

2. The ambient brightness is too low or the operating temperature is too low.

3. Does not meet the minimum focus distance.

4. Camera lens protector film.

5. The camera hardware is damaged.

Solution

1. Update the firmware of the Osmo Pocket Series product.

2. If the ambient brightness is too low, please try to test again in a place with adequate lighting. If the operating temperature is too low, please test again indoors.

*Operating Temperature: 0℃ to 40℃

3. It is recommended to maintain a sufficient focus distance from the subject (photo: 10 cm, video: 20 cm).

4. If there is a protective film on the camera lens, please remove the film.
