Issue Description

Suppose the aircraft is damaged due to accidentally being dropped and the aircraft, aircraft arm, gimbal and camera, motor, or battery is damaged. In that case, the following issues (including but not limited to) may occur:

1. The aircraft is unable to power on and unable to take off.

2. The aircraft cannot hover steadily and is out of control when taking off.

3. Captured photos are blurry.

4. Recorded videos vibrate strongly. 

Solution

Please send your aircraft back to DJI for diagnosis to avoid subsequent flight safety risks. Click to submit an Online Repair Request.

If the battery is obviously swollen or leakage, please do not directly send the battery back. Instead, please contact DJI Support for help.
