Osmo Mobile 8, Osmo Mobile 7P, Osmo Mobile 7, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, DJI OM 5, DJI OM 4, DJI OM 4 SE, Osmo Pocket and Osmo Mobile 3 do not support livestream.

Livestream operation guides

 

Facebook

Connect DJI Mimo to the device, and enter the Livestream Settings page. Select the livestream platform: In Facebook, tap “Start livestream settings.” 

1. When logging into Facebook, it may take several seconds to load the account information if the network environment is poor. We recommend that the customer waits for several seconds or attempts to log in several times.

2. When using Facebook for a livestream, it may stop the livestream automatically immediately after the livestream starts. Please start the livestream again.

 

YouTube

2. YouTube Official – Create a livestream on a mobile device.

3. If you have not done a livestream on YouTube, please refer to the steps below:

① Go to YouTube.

② Tap “Create”   icon in the top-right corner to start livestream.

③ If you have not verified the channel, please follow the steps to do so.

④ After the live streaming function is enabled for the first time, you may need to wait up to 24 hours. You can start live streaming once the function is enabled.

4. If you have livestreamed on YouTube:

① Ensure that live streaming has been launched immediately in the DJI Mimo app until you see the live streaming screen.

② Visit the YouTube official website. Tap “Create” icon in the top-right corner on the official website. Then, tap “Start live streaming”.

③ Tap “Manage”  icon on the left of the page. Then, find the current live streams on the right list. Enter the Details page.

④ Follow the requirements to fill in live streaming information. Tap “Save”. Then, tap “Start Live Streaming” in the top-right corner. Wait for a moment. You can see the live streaming screen sent by DJI device on YouTube.

RTMP

RTMP customized live streaming, using YouTube as an example.

(Please refer to the YouTube page for the English interface. The word choices below may differ from those on the actual website.)

1. Obtaining RTMP address and key:

Step 1: Enter www.youtube.com and log in.

Step 2: Go to “Your Channel”, and choose “Create a video or post”.

Step 3: Click “Go live”, and then choose “Live Now”.

Step 4: There is an information section under the live page where users can fill in relevant information. Server address, and video streaming name/key information can be found under the encoder settings menu. Users can click the button after the key to check it. The server address and video streaming name/key information will be used later.
