Issue Description
During the use of the aircraft, you may encounter the following conditions:
1. The app displays a “XX Vision System Error” warning (such as a Forward Vision System Error) accompanied by an error code or prompts you to contact DJI Support.
2. The app displays a prompt to perform aircraft calibration.
Possible Cause of Issue
1. The protective film was not removed after the aircraft was unpacked or the lens is dirty.
2. A vision system error due to the vibration experienced in transit may be detected when a new aircraft performs the self-check.
3. The aircraft has not been used for a long time.
4. There is a firmware error.
5. The vision system hardware is damaged.
Solution
1. Remove the protective film from each vision systems on the aircraft. If the lens is dirty, use a clean cotton cloth dipped in alcohol to gently wipe the lens.
2. After confirming that the aircraft firmware has been updated to the latest version, use DJI Assistant 2 for Vision Calibration again.
3. After bumpy transportation or if the aircraft has not been used for a long time, a vision system error may appear during the self-check. Please follow the app prompts for vision calibration.

Tips
1. When the aircraft is used in poor lighting (dark place), the app will display a warning stating that the ambient light is too weak and vision systems are not available. Please fly the aircraft to a well-lit place for use.
2. When the aircraft is used at night, the vision systems will not be available. Please fly with caution.
